Since I began writing my column for Puck, I’ve been inundated with feedback about Wall Street’s biggest characters and concerns. I’ll be engaging with some of those questions here—in addition to a few observations of my own.

Now that Cuomo is out of office, who is Wall Street’s preference for the next governor of New York?

Well, considering that the Kathy Hochul administration hasn’t even begun, and that she may well turn out to be a fantastic governor who will be easily re-elected, it may be a tad early to speculate about the November 2022 New York State gubernatorial election. Of course, several of the Wall Street lawyers and bankers that I talk to are already doing just that.
