President Trump’s second-term relationship with Senate Republicans has hit a new low—he’s frustrated with the chamber’s restrictive rules; pissed at Majority Leader John Thune, who is determined to follow them; and has been confounded by the pushback to his demands, including that they pass the SAVE America Act, his never-gonna-happen voter ID infatuation.
