If you’ve ever wondered why Leon Black spent three years and more than $95 million buying two drawings by Raphael, a new exhibit at the Metropolitan Museum of Art may have the answer. The Met has gathered 237 works by the Renaissance master, most of which are drawings, from museums both great and good.
