Few have worked harder to get back into Donald Trump’s good graces than Tulsi Gabbard, his Director of National Intelligence. Gabbard, who occupies the point where the horseshoe of the political spectrum becomes a circle, has long been an enthusiastic champion of conspiracy theories. It is one reason that Trump appointed her to the role to begin with, much to the displeasure of the intelligence community she now leads.
