Georgia Sen. Jon Ossoff will be in Brentwood on Friday at a fundraiser for his reelection campaign hosted by some big-time L.A. Democratic donors, including power players in the city’s Jewish community. Notably, the impressive host committee suggests that Ossoff has some mighty fundraising connections in Los Angeles, should he ever decide to take his act to the national stage. Among those bold-faced names are real estate developer Tom Safran, longtime L.A. political fixer Andy Spahn, Democratic fundraiser Leah Mendelsohn, and former Obama ambassador James Costos and his partner, the interior designer Michael Smith.
