On Wednesday morning, Rep. French Hill sat down for our latest Puck Power Breakfast with a lot on his mind. Last summer, as chairman of the House Financial Services Committee, the Arkansas Republican ushered through two bipartisan crypto bills—the Genius Act and the Clarity Act. But the latter piece of legislation has hit a snag in the Senate, where Democrats are protesting the lack of ethics guardrails surrounding President Trump’s own crypto empire.
